Comments Option for my Site, How?

You click Reageer (comme nts) and a window comes up with the previous comments and an entry option, all compact. I like to do the same for my little amusement site JumpingPixels. com. What is the best and easiest w ay to do that, or is it to complicated for an amateur like me ? Thanks in advance Debder
