Problem in ASP C# XML VS 2005 .Net FrameWorks 3.5

Author Name Status Posted Time Kay Yong Poy 5/20/2008 3:13:37 AM Author is Offline Hi, Some interesting things that have happened on the side lines may have an effect.  I have installed on a Win 2k3 srvr VS 2005, then uninstalled it and installed VS 2008, .Net Frameworks 3.5, installed AJAX and AJAX toolkit, found bugs in code so I reverted to using VS 2005 (currently used on this project), which is to say that I re-installed VS 2005.  All updates and packs applied.   See the URL for the details on the code.  I didn't want to bog down the forum with all the snapshot images of the problem.  I have been working on this issue for last 24 hours straight.  I need a solution by Monday.   Please help.

If you want to return the alias text, the node need to be Text type. For more information, see http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.xm l.xmltextreader.value(VS.80).aspx.
