Some information for spending our time effectively

 

Normally, most of us are craving for a kind of steady and arrangement in our life but most of the time we cannot succeed in it. We are bound by our stress, tension etc and forget ourselves often. Even then, you've tried all sorts of things to get you organized, from paper files, to task lists in Outlook, mind maps and post it notes but all these stuff do not work all. What is next then?

 

 

 Here are some solutions for it. They are an organizational process, a revolutionized the way and increased productivity, focus and value.

 

 

Prepare monthly discussion

 

 

Arrange monthly discussion with each member of your team. Note them in the program diary. You can know the progress on goals and make sure your team members have everything they need to move forward with their target. This is useful one.

 

 

 

Make the target plan in a single page

 

 

Make it only in a single page. If it is becoming larger, make it shorter by reducing the font. Even if it is one year, no problem at all. This will not make you boring or overburdened. Instead, it will make you confident and cool.

 

 

Note your targets down

 

 

Write down all your goals. Doesn't matter even if there is no order in it. You can sort them according to the importance later. Make others in your team to practice it.

 

 

Value the achievement

 

 

Respect and reward people who actualized what they stated. It is not useless, but an encouragement and recognition for them to be aware that you have noticed and let the other team members know that you watch them carefully in their job and progress.

 

 

Maintain it up

 

 

Go on doing your duty. You may fall sometimes but do not be discouraged but keep going forward with the team.

 

 

 

Periodical evaluations

 

 

Arrange periodical evaluations with your all team members. Every member should explain his or her ups and down of the past period and explain what the next plan is. Keep the documents for next meeting so that the team should be aware that they have to make practical statement and actualize them as much as he or she can.

 

 

 

Make peripheral time limit

 

 

Make a time bound target and encourage your team to do so always. Make the team aware that they are responsible to the rest of the team. Be open with everybody in the team and it will make a healthy team spirit in the community and will lead to success.
