Outsource to India 
 
   
  Out sourcing, when it is defined in the recent sense, it is the elimination of native staff to overseas where the payment is lower. So naturally a question comes in mind ‘why outsourcing in India? '. When we search back into the history of India, it is to be noticed that before the freedom struggle itself  the term ‘outsourcing' existed due to the  business  interference of westerners in India's  variety valuable sources. India has to yield for this interference from the western countries on those struggling times.
 
 
    Now the real situation in western wealthy countries is that sources are sufficient and more but the laborers are very few. On the other hand in India the sources are less but labourers are a lot. Every aspects of India, except the economical situation is so much favourable for the wide growth here in India.  So naturally, the western countries have got the tendency to incline towards India as a part of expanding their resources in a refined way.  There is lot of sufficient reasons why outsourcing is directed towards India. Its  cheap labour, whole hearted acceptance of new firms, low cost of technologies, easy and steady inflow of investments from wealthy western countries. Because India has got abundant skilled man power and quick availability of labourers.  Many Indian companies are focused on maintaining quality and performance standard. 
 
 
It is expected to employ over 1.1million Indians by the end of 2008. Here the outsourcing is done through offshore, IT, network, call center and related up coming varieties of technologies.
 
 
         Many nations, even the poor themselves are now focusing, how to grow business in the large BOP market so they search for the favorable field to develop their business. The goal of outsourcing is ‘better quality at lower costs'. So it requires a clear methodology of   healthy competition in all levels, support, reconstruction of methods, flexibility of terms and conditions according to the change of the strategy of world business fluctuation, evaluation and comparison and selection of new costumers in a wide and company level and evaluates financial savings of the company. 
 
 
              India has provided sufficient software solutions to above 500 companies. It is better to imagine the development of India when we evaluate united strength of our Indian experts who was hired and migrated to other western countries but reason behind this tendency is a public secret which must be discussed in all spheres of India. 
 
 
          There is something attractive variety in India why even China, the self dependent, wealthy nation insists come in search of India for the expansion of their business.  Recently a nationwide movement of training and courses are offered to all those who are aspiring, related to outsourcing, esp. concentrating Indian outsourcing. And multinational companies try to make it easily accessible and affordable so that the ordinary Indian citizens can also apply for it. There are lots of variety technological sources to enter into efficient outsourcing.  The international ‘proper law of contract' smoothens the government to have international contract with other western countries.
